The hotel is beautiful and has very helpful staff. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Comfortable location in the middle of Jackson, and 15-minute walk from a gothic-style chapel.

The hotel staff were fantastic! They were always friendly and helpful, which made my business trip a lot easier. the location of the hotel was also great, it was close to all the places I needed to visit. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, which added to my positive experience.
I was disappointed to find out that the more expensive room I had booked did not have a window, which was contradictory to the information I received. It was frustrating to change to a smaller room with a window.

The location of this hotel is excellent for anyone visiting the area. It's within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The room we ended up staying in was smaller, but it had a lovely window that let in plenty of natural light.
The more expensive room we booked didn't have any windows, even though we were told otherwise. We had to switch to a smaller room with a window instead. Additionally, the hotel didn't offer breakfast, which was a letdown. However, despite these minor inconveniences, we still enjoyed our weekend at this hotel, and the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for.

We absolutely loved being near the heart of the town, as we could enjoy the local culture and unique experiences! the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the smaller room was perfect for us. We appreciated the window in the room and the clean bathroom. Although breakfast was not provided, there were many local cafes nearby that we could try. We found the WiFi to be excellent, which was great for staying connected with family and friends.
There was no King-Size bed available in the rooms, but the staff were able to help us out with an alternative solution.
